Caregiver account deletion in the app
Caregivers can delete their account from the KidVance mobile app by opening Settings and selecting Delete Account.
Deletion removes login access, anonymizes caregiver profile data, revokes caregiver access, and deletes family-only child profiles when no other active caregiver remains. School-connected records may be retained for the school as described in the Privacy Policy.
Web deletion request
If you cannot access the app, email kidvance.app@gmail.com with the subject “KidVance account deletion request.” Include the email address on your KidVance account and the school or child relationship we should use to verify the request.
We may ask for additional information before deleting or changing records so that we do not disclose or delete another child’s or school’s data by mistake.
Teacher and staff accounts
Teacher and staff accounts are managed by the school or organization that invited the user. Staff should contact their school administrator to remove or deactivate staff access.
If a school administrator is unavailable or you need help identifying the correct route, email kidvance.app@gmail.com.
School and organization support
For school setup, staff access, classroom records, consent workflows, report publishing, or data questions, contact your school administrator first. Administrators can then contact KidVance support with organization-level questions.

The Privacy Policy explains what information KidVance processes, how child and school records are handled, and what may be retained after deletion. The Terms of Service explain acceptable use, school responsibilities, and prohibited conduct.
